| W8 TERMS OF BOOKING
Payment Cancellation charges Cancelled bookings are refundable as follows: 10 days or more beforehand: 100% refund 9-5 days beforehand: 50% refund 4-2 days beforehand: 25% refund Less than 48 hours: No refund Final numbers Final numbers of guests are required 7 days prior to event date, these are the numbers for which you will be invoiced. Cancellations will be charged at the above rates. Equipment Deposit A cash deposit or (cheque guaranteed by card, or authorised credit card) of £100 is required against all hired or loaned items. This will be returned or refunded after the equipment has been checked through. Hired and loaned equipment must be returned in a clean and dry condition. Breakages, loss, chipping and damage caused to W8 catering equipment will be charged for at replacement cost unless caused by the damage or negligence of W8 employees. If returned unwashed a cleaning charge, equal to the hire cost will be charged. Ensure that soiled table cloths and linen are not stored damp or mildew will occur, resulting in a replacement charge. General Any credits due will be paid in the week following the event. The placing of an order implies acceptance of these terms. Credit account Should a customer wish to make a series of bookings under certain circumstances it may be possible to operate a 30-day credit account. These however must be guaranteed with valid credit/debit card details. Further information is available on request. |
